    If you have ever visited the store, I'm sure you know Rick. He has been here over 15 years and for most of those years, he was the Sales Manager for New and Used vehicles. Due to store growth, Rick is now primarily over all the Used Car Operation. It takes an educated and experienced Used Car Manager to make sure we are appraising trade-in vehicles accurately. Rick spends a great deal of time making sure we buy only the best used vehicles, and wholesale those that don't measure up to our standards. You can rest easy when you purchase a used car from 20th Century, because Rick has made sure it was properly serviced and inspected.

    Jeff has a genuine concern for each and every customer. He wants to do all he can to make sure they experience only the best at 20th Century. He is always willing to go the extra mile. He has personally made sure each and every member of the Service Department has every opportunity to continue their training and education so they are current on every new vehicle. No expense is spared in providing the training and education. Our mechanics have achieved the highest skill levels in the Ford and Chrysler training programs and are Certified Master Mechanics.

He spent a long time working with the wrenches and because of his mechanical experience he is capable of understanding your service needs and explaining the repair processes in our Service Department. When there is a technical question, Pat has the answer.
